A glimpse into a day.

One phrase I have read a great deal this year is “let go”. People have been talking about what they need to let go in their lives in order to be happier. Well I don’t know that my happiness will be impacted but I think I am going to have to let go of knowing the date.

You may remember me writing that May’s arrival came as something of a shock. In the same tone as being rather behind on things today’s date has also been a surprise. Hands up who knew it was the 13th today? I didn’t, not until I opened Feedly and saw Stephanie Bryan’s post yesterday about 12 on the 12th. Ahmm. If you have read any of my posts this Spring you may know that I have been using her prompt to encourage me to take a series of photographs through my day on the 12th of the month since March. Okay, so that’s only two months, till now. Did I screw it up this month?

No.

No really. I had the chance to take some shots at work in the morning and as I always find, if I begin taking photos early in the day I tend to keep going. I also managed to grab several shots on the walk home from work between rain showers. The day may not follow my usual pattern of trying to capture moments in different parts of the day but hey, I have more than a dozen images from which to choose, I’ll take it.

However, as I have only just realised the date and therefore have not uploaded my actual photographs from yesterday I have only a few iPhone images to share.
